Two Poems in Ars Medica | Mount Sinai Hospital, Canada
Sponsored by Canada Council for the Arts & Munk School of Global Affairs
Howdy?
April 2025 has been a crazy month so far. However, I have something exciting to share with you. Two of my poems, “Liberation” & “Summit,” are now available to read on Ars Medica’s website.
I am grateful to the editors of Ars for considering and publishing my work.
About the journal:
Ars Medica is a biannual literary journal, started in 2004, that explores the interface between the arts and healing, and examines what makes medicine an art.
Ars Medica remains one of a handful of medical literary journals in Canada and worldwide, in the rapidly developing international field of the humanities in healthcare.
ARS MEDICA has engaged other organizations and community partners to reach its audience and goals, including: Mount Sinai Hospital, Humber School for Writers, and the Program for Narrative and the Healthcare Humanities at the University of Toronto.
